How Face Data Is Processed

• Face data is processed only to generate the feature you explicitly request.
• Processing occurs either:
  • Locally on your device, OR
  • Temporarily on secure servers for real-time processing.
• Face data is not stored, logged, cached, or retained after processing.
• No face data is saved to persistent storage.
• Face data is never shared with third parties.

All uploaded content is processed strictly to deliver the requested output and discarded when no longer needed.

1.2 Account Information

We do not require personally identifiable information such as full name, email address, or phone number unless you voluntarily provide it.

If you:

• Use guest mode → We may collect a nickname.
• Connect a social network account (e.g., Facebook) → We may receive:
  • First name
  • Profile picture
  • User ID

We never receive or store passwords from third-party platforms.

Uploaded photos are securely transmitted to third-party AI infrastructure used by Restore to generate restored images and animations. These images are processed temporarily and deleted after processing.

6. Data Retention

• Face data: Never retained.
• Uploaded images: Stored only as long as necessary to provide the service.
• Generated videos: Retained until deleted by user or no longer needed.
• Log Data: Retained for analytics and operational purposes.

7. App Permissions

Our apps may request the following permissions:

Photo Library Access

To allow you to select images for processing.
We only access images you choose.

Camera Access

To capture images directly within the app.
Images are not stored without your action.

Photo Library Additions

To save generated content to your device.

Tracking (iOS)

To measure advertising effectiveness and deliver relevant ads, subject to your consent.

Push Notifications

To send:

• Feature updates
• Service alerts
• Promotional content

You may disable notifications in device settings.

8. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries outside your residence, including the United States and other jurisdictions where our servers or partners operate.
